Using our proprietary Cold Brew process, we are able to brew a coffee that is 100% non-acidic. Our Alkaline Coffee Co. products have a pH of 8.0+.

Our water is treated with natural minerals that give it the ability to neutralize all the natural acids extracted by the coffee during the brewing process.
